Menopause Wellness Counselling

A service to help women deal with the psychological and physical effects of menopause

Menopause (that is perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause) can cause a whole host of uncomfortable symptoms, ranging from hot flushes, fatigue, bodily changes and heightened emotions.  At worst you may find that you are 1/10 of the women that have to leave work because of it.  This is a huge statistic!!

Luckily, there is evidence that holistic changes and support can transform your menopause journey from a negative to a positive, AND reduce these uncomfortable symptoms.

I can support you by giving you the time and space to talk about how it effects you, and to talk about what you are personally experiencing.  Everybody experiences menopause uniquely,  so there is no wrong or right way to what you are going through.

Menopause can be an unexpected, unwanted and uncomfortable thing to experience - for half of the population.  Many women feel lonely and isolated in this transitioning phase of life, and many feel that they can't talk to family or friends about it, because it is only recently that the stigma of talking about it has evolved to a greater awareness and acceptance, with a number of services now available to support those going through the stages of menopause.

Luckily menopause counselling can help! A safe space to explore everything that you are going through, at your own pace, at a time that suits you.

You don't need to experience this alone.

Contact me to book an initial session, or I can answer any questions that you have about the service.

Symptoms can include: brain fog, problems with memory recall, relationship issues, anxiety, low-mood, hot flushes, temperature issues, dizziness, sleep issues, night sweats, body aches, libido changes, physical changes and more... (*not all women will experience the same things, but 90% of women WILL experience menopausal symptoms).
